Spend the heat of the summer exploring your relationship with technology and enhancing your super powers.
Led by Hannah, Digital Wellbeing coach in possession of an ICF-accredited diploma, experience a week of art-inspired learning, habit-building and human connection.

10h Deep reading.
Doors open at 10h daily.
Start the day gently with some uninterrupted deep reading or guided journalling, paired with a healthy mid-morning snack.
10h45 Exploring our tech habits.
Explore a different topic every day. We will develop our understanding of how our brains process screen-time, and learn the importance of rewiring our habits to achieve a healthier relationship with our devices, as well as deepening critical thinking skills, empathy and creativity.
12h Break.
Throughout the morning, we’ll pause for short movement and tech breaks to help improve our focus. A selection of healthy snacks will be available throughout the whole session.
12:30h Making a commitment to change.
Sharing in small groups, we’ll expand on what we’ve unlocked during the morning session with a practical and creative exercise to help embed new habits connected to how we use technology, as individuals and as a community.
13:30h Recap.
At the end of each session, we’ll close with a short recap of what we’ve learned and enjoyed during the day.
This programme holds a safe space for open and honest dialogue and constructive feedback.

Meet Hannah
Hannah entered the tech industry 15+ years ago at a small agency in the UK, where cyber security met marketing and communications. Since then, she's developed award-winning security awareness campaigns, shaped bespoke brand strategies for innovative cyber security startups across Europe, facilitated programmes and live events for teachers, parents and students, and delivered strategic communications for globally recognised organisations. In 2019, Hannah became a Digital Wellbeing coach upon graduating as a top performing student with Consciously Digital.
Hannah established exhale global in 2017 to combine the restorative effects of deep breathing with her sense of purpose as a woman in a largely male-dominated industry. Now, she's supporting people to achieve balance online and offline - the stuff that strengthens mindsets, promotes control, and enables us to turn things upside down, and fly.
Fresh out of a 5-day Attention Detox Challenge, Hannah is living proof of how quickly we can change our habits with a little guidance, equipped with up-to-the-minute insights and research from the digital wellbeing field and ready to support others with sharpening their focus in a world saturated with digital distractions.
