Learn skills for life this summer and leave with valuable new connections as you prepare to enter further education or enter the world of work.

Led by professional working parents and local entrepreneurs representing a diverse cross-section of industry, you’ll get a real-life taste of what it really means to shape your own career pathway.

10h Welcome.

Doors open at 10h daily.

Settle into the space and meet your facilitator.

Get comfortable for the morning session focused on learning and theory.

10h30 Interactive learning.

Explore a new field every day, each masterclass will be led by a different industry expert. Listen in to their personal story and expand your understanding of communication, teamwork and leadership in practice.

We’ll take regular breaks to move around and healthy snacks will be available all day.

13h Comida.

A simple selection of healthy ingredients will be provided for students to create their own lunch.

Students can choose to take a walk and buy food locally if they prefer.

14:00h Practical.

Working in small groups, expand on what you’ve learned during the morning session with a practical exercise. The afternoon session will empower you to build new and existing skills that will help you succeed in your next steps, and support informed decision-making on career pathways.

15:30h Recap.

At the end of each day, we’ll close with a short recap of what we’ve learned and enjoyed during the day. This programme holds a safe space for open and honest dialogue and constructive feedback.

16h End.

This industry-readiness masterclass closes at 16h daily.
